considering the competition he was facing, he didn't seem too bad, hit a couple of early shots and had a nice block on howard

i understand the cause for concern but mitch needs to go ahead and give bynum the max.

The article basically says that once Bynum can jump, run, and move his feet in a workout, the Max contract is ready for him to sign.

He doesn't even need to play a preseason game.

Mitch has already said on radio interviews that he expects Drew to be ready to go full-bore by the time the season starts.

So, to put it simply, Bynum's going to be signed to the max sometime before the season starts. Possibly in September.

But if he goes later on in his career, do you think he'll still be worth $50 mil?

A European team trying to lure Kobe Bryant, a basketball icon, it dont matter his age. If he can still play basketball at a decent level, he will still get big money, he can demand 50 million and they will give it to him because he will generate big time exposure there.

Exactly. Imagine how many more jerseys they would sell? Imagine how many more commercials they would be in? Imagine how many more times they would show their games on the TV?

Big time stuff for whatever team possibly signs Kobe when he's older.

Since China is eliminated from the Olympic Games, do we have any new about Sun Yue?

We signed him before Joshell. But Joshell is already in the official roster, Yue isn´t.

We haven't sign him yet...we agreed on terms with him. But of course that's the next step, had not hear about him officially being signed.
