I think the NBA needs some [expletive]ing new refs. It's not just this game and the Lakers, it happens all the time, every team. I'm tired of hearing "oh that was a bad call" all the time, especially when the game is on the line. Just make the right call and then people won't give you death threats and want to kill you.

i think the Nba needs new fans who dont whine when their favorite team gets beat fairly or not becuz if we were spurs fans or if the same exact thing happened to the spurs against us and lakers won we wouldnt be complaining right?

how did we get beat fairly?

i mean if i was a spur fan i would be super happy but i would know in my heart that that was a foul.

didn't deserve the game and still could have won it

kobe IMO today shows why hes still the best in the game

but he pulled a 2006 lebron passing it to trevor in that situation

should have chucked the 3 had more of a chance

everytime in the 4th when he was doubled he dumped it off to the open man, can't fault him though. What if he takes a contested 3 over 2 guys and Ariza was wide open ya know?

either way Kobe loses lol

I blame Ace. He tried dissing iCarly and look what happens.

I blame you, you didn't say "No escaping this" like you usually do. You left that huge pause in between "WHAT?" and "No escaping this."

Leave it at "No escaping this". It got us 25+ wins. Stick with that.

I have to admit, my guitar hero playing at halftime was good, but I played only Rock Band yesterday. But today, I started playing Guitar Hero 2(Life Wasted) and then after the song was over, I looked at the thread and LP-18 told me to play the same songs I did yesterday so I quickly put Rock Band in but it was too late. I had already played GH2.

So it's MY fault.

If one of our players got held up near the free throw line by the opposing team's greatest flopper? Hell yes I'd complain. The only reason that Ariza got that stupid travel call was b/c Ginobli impeded his progress, which is a blocking foul. That decided the game, the final play.

i said fairly OR NOT...and exactly what im saying would we be needing new refs if we were on the spurs side? btw this is just payback for that spurs play in the WCF when dfish fouled brent barry and there was no call and he did basically the exact same thing as ginobli did.

I think I can take some of the blame, I was listening to Eddie Money's "Take Me Home Tonight" on the iPod while watching the game when we started to go on that huge run. I kept restarting the song till the very end when I practically smashed my iPod on the floor on that Kobe three. Didn't pick it up again. Darn.

We're complaining because that was obviously a bad call.

If, right now, I was a Spurs fan, I'd be happy that we won but I'd still feel lucky. I'd tell everyone "Man, that call at the end, we got away with that."

Don't worry, as long as Ace doesn't have another iCarly picture like that, we'll win.

I guess karma is a [expletive], huh? Whatever, now we're fair with the Spurs, let's just kill them the next time we play them, and whup the Magic the next game. That sounds good to me.

lol i just went to clubspurs and u know wat i saw?

Maybe this will shut up all of those Laker fans and the misguided media.

Oh hell naw, they are gonna be crying about the travel call at the end (which did not even matter, he missed the shot), when they should be more upset that they can't play any defense down the stretch.

They had the game and then handed it to Mason! That's what they should cry about.

Wow Manu showed up tonight!!! What can we say about Mason...man gotta love him!! Hill played pretty well too, nice hustle plays as well!!

But man...I just detest bad sportsmanship!! WHERE'S YOUR LITTLE DANCE NOW KOBE!! and then all mad at the end walking into the locker room...bleh!

one guy was sensible tho.

Wonderful game, good to see AK got to see a win, and a very special one at that.

Glad Roger Mason Jr. put Kobe in his place, that was a punk move when Kobe slapped the towel out of the ball boys hand.

I don't think that Ariza traveled on that last shot but I don't think it really mattered anyways. Spurs got the rebound with less than a second to play and the Lakers still had a foul to give.

Looks like the conditioning is not all the way back for Manu but he is starting to look more like himself. The 3 ball was really working for him tonight. Big win tonight, I am very happy right now!
