That picture completely derailed the thread

Anyway, who cares about rankings and what not. We are barely finishing the first half of the season.

If we don't play aggressive or physical, we are gonna get rolled. Remember what magic said before the christmas game? The team that plays more aggressive is gonna come out with the win.

We need Sasha, Lamar, Pau, and Bynum to step up on D (I don't see vlad, luke, or fish doing it)

All r french babe~~~~

I'd take the rankings with salt...they give us No.1, we take it. If not, we play on. We know how we have been doing and every team goes through that. Heck.

Wilbon is a Kobe and Lakers hater. There is others. I don't care about their stupid rankings though. The Playoffs and getting homecourt all the way thru is more important to me.

Jeff Van Gundy, John Hollinger, Jon Barry, and Michael Wilbon are sworn Laker haters. Funny how they're all part of ABC/ESPN.

Because he doesn't swing off Kobe's basketball's and said that Lebron was MVP. Apparently not saying Kobe is MVP means you're a Laker hater.

You don't think JVG is a Laker hater? He picked the [expletive]ing Rockets to take the West, during his comments at the Christmas game. The [expletive]ing Rockets. The [expletive]ing #8 seed of the West.

Uh, maybe because he used to COACH the Rockets? LOL.

You can't be serious. It has nothing to do with Kobe. Everything to do with the fact that he's friends with Yao and Tracy, and coached them for a few years. Common man. You're really stretching it there.

I never said he hated Kobe, just the Lakers in general. I mean, he picked the ROCKETS. If he would have picked San Antonio or New Orleans, I would have understood, but the ROCKETS?

Uh, no it wasn't. You guys are seriously delusional. This victim 'world against me' mentality has to stop.

I've heard tons of praise from JVG towards Kobe. Seriously, just stop it. You're embarassing Laker fans.

He used to coach Yao and McGrady. It has NOTHING to do with Kobe. You have no evidence either. Just stop the embarrassment.

The Rockets were his former team. Of course he's going to pick them. That shows that it's not due to his hate for the Lakers, but his homerism for the Rockets. It's pretty obvious.

They do hate on the Lakers.
How is it that when Kobe carried his team back in 2005, he was labeled as a ball hog when he had to score.
Dwayne Wade is in that position now and he doesn't get the label that Kobe got back in '05.
