Old man Terry Glenn is a FA, he would of been cheaper and is still productive.

Terry Glenn is not a #1 WR.

Walker just isn't right and hasn't been since he watched Darrent Williams die in his arms. :hi:

If he retired would of that still hurt us against the cap? Boldin wants out and we would of that the $$ to acquire him.

No, I don't it hurts us against the cap.

I forgot about Boldin... I don't think we have the picks or players to get Boldin. Anquan Boldin wants to be traded, but Arizona doesn't want to trade him. :hi:

I forgot about Boldin... I don't think we have the picks or players to get Boldin. Anquan Boldin wants to be traded, but Arizona doesn't want to trade him. :hi:


Maybe a future 2nd rounder, i heard before Roy Williams wanted out of Detriot.

jst saying cause we all know who the raiders are going to draft(cornerback and wide reaciever) and we alwayseem to use 3 to 5 drat picks on them, and by the evidence on our rister it doesnt work

I remember that game!

We were playing the Bucs and it was revenge after we lost the super bowl.


That's the game gannon went head on with brooks and hurt his neck :rock:

It was great seeing the Raiders again, especially on sweet HD. Bush impressed me most as well as Mcfadden and our much talked about sure to be improved overall defense. Jamarcus didn't really get a chance to do much since we ran it so much so it's hard to say much on him. Good stuff though. Winning is always nice, whenever. The Raider girls looked fine as always.

NAPA, Calif. -- Raiders receiver Javon Walker wants Raiders fans to know that he is definitely no longer considering leaving the team.

"I want people to know why I thought about it, but I also want it to go away, too," Walker said. "But people need to know I am fully committed to this team. I will not leave. I am very excited about the season."

A week ago, Walker had to be talked out of not leaving the team. He offered to return $11 million of his signing bonus he received when he signed with the Raiders this offseason. Walker said that his plan was to leave the game for a year and then return to the league.

"I had had a lot of things going on internally," Walker said. "That's why I offered to write that check. I did not want the team to suffer. ... However, I have cleared my head and the people here have been great to me. I will be fine."

Walker has struggled to return from a knee injury. He was also a victim of an assault in Las Vegas in June. On Jan. 1, 2007, Walker was sitting next to Denver teammate Darrent Williams in a limousine when Williams was shot and killed.

Walker declined to pin his off-field issues for temporarily wanting to take the year off.

"I'm fine now," Walker said. "Everything is good."
