Sources within the Celtics and Grizzlies told David Aldridge recently that forward Darius Miles doesn't have any physical limitations regarding his right knee.

The teams did admit that Miles is working back into shape, but the microfracture surgery he had back in 2006 doesn't have anything to do with it.

hes in the same position shaun livingston is in

he hasn't played for so long so hes out of basketball shape and timing but should eventually come back at anywhere from 90 to 95%

the blazers should be fined heavily for saying his injury was career ending when it wasn't

^IMO Blazers should be banned from having a draft pick this coming year for their actions.

I hope Darius returns to form. He was finally figuring it out when he was on the Blazers.

Well, Livingston didn't had microfracture surgery (wasn't called Grim Reaper of an athlete's career for nothing), he is much younger and didn't become overweight...

Its never been physical.

Its his "brain" that's been defective for all this time.

that may be true but the blazers led the whole league to believe his injury was career ending when it wasn't and should be punished for attempting to prematurely end someones career for the benefits

I agreee but what Last Stand said is right, what the Blazers did was just cheap and ill-mannered.

Just curious, since I really didn't pay attention when this happened, but aren't these decisions supposed to be made by NBA appointed doctors?

Debuts scoring 13 points, 4-6 from the field, 5-7 from the line.

I hope Darius succeeds.

...and the team..... lost.

Darius will only succeed when he learns how to play in a system and control his off court life. Until then he'll jump from team to team to NBDL with no direction o success in his near or far future.

He played from the bench, and he's playing for the Grizzlies. Nobody is expecting Darius to be a Kobe type of swing man.
