Can't imagine how a laker fan can't recognize the voice of the greatest... I'm not trying to be mean, it's just a strange concept that younger fans will not know Chick... it's a brand new thing to me... :/
Spider Salley's face says it ALL.
LMAO!
Thanks for sharing Calminsanity!

Sorry to disappoint, but I only started getting interested with basketball from the late 90s...and I personally have not really heard of a game voiced by Chick. I know who he is, and what's his famos uber long quote at the end of the game but you gotta give me the credit for not being there for that experience. Can't imagine how a laker fan can't recognize the voice of the greatest... That's the ONLY thing that I could guess is Chick. Otherwise I wouldn't even know. =.=yea, especially since the famous game ending quote was uttered within that video...

Even if I had patience to watch the Lakers Dynasty DVDs...it sure didn't hit my memory and experience as hard as games watched and experienced with the lakers from 2000. =/

And thanks for confirming it was Stu alongside Chick....I had to reconfirm that.
P.S. I thought that famous quote from Chick COULD be replicated by others...otherwise if I heard that, I'd go ahead and confirmed it to be Chick.
Now can I get a cookie for my inexperience?

You mean the entire Piston team was called (the bad boys) in the 80? I’ve never missed a game when Detroit or Boston came to town to play the Lakers at the forum! I had my seat behind the box where Chick & Stu used to site in Inglewood, old man.Man oh man oh man does THAT make me miss Chickie! I hope I'm not out of line here, but I just can't stomach Joel Meyers, and Stu Lantz has become repetitive and uninteresting ("Again" and "Are you kidding me?"). Stu was great with Chick but he doesn't blend with Joel. Then again, no one is Chick Hearn. That was great.
Oh, and Isaiah was a Baaaaaad Boy!
