Fisher and Farmar; confident in coming back from 1-3 series deficit

These are the kinds of comments I want to hear. From one of our leaders, on being the first team to come back from a 1-3 series deficit, here is D-Fish…

PressTelegram: “It has to happen at some point, so why not us?” Lakers guard Derek Fisher said late Sunday night. “Why not make history? Whatever it takes to become a champion you have to be willing to do it. This opportunity does not come around every season.

“Things change, different players, contract, free agents. So we have to figure out a way to get it done.”

Also here is Farmar on the same subject…

L.A. Times: “We have a great belief in this locker room that we can get it done and be the world champs,” guard Jordan Farmar said. “That’s been our goal all year long and we are holding on to it.”We have a great belief in this locker room that we can get it done and be the world champs,” guard Jordan Farmar said. “That’s been our goal all year long and we are holding on to it.”

Yes, I agree. It is extremely difficult but very possible. I really hope Perkins would not play. Imagine if we have Bynum now! Damn, we would not have any issues right now! He is our X-factor.

We are the underdogs now. We are most dangerous.

    • LakersFirst

Difficult, but NOT impossible. It can be done!!! Remember, the Lakers won in Utah…TWICE (and Utah had the best home record in the NBA this season) and the Lakers beat the defending world champions on their home court. IT CAN BE DONE!!!
