L.A. Times: Lakers center Andrew Bynum had only seven points and three rebounds in Game 1 against Utah, but Lakers Coach Phil Jackson wasn’t worried.
“He had a bad break on a bad call,” Jackson said today at shootaround. “He had a three-point play on that drive to the middle that was called a travel. It was no travel at all. A legitimate move.
“So he had a lot of disappointment, missed a couple easy things underneath and then foul trouble. He’ll be a factor tonight.”
Game 2 in the best-of-seven series is at 7:30 at Staples Center.
The Lakers lost a 22-point lead in Game 1 but still won, 113-100.
