Bynum will be a factor tonight, Jackson says

factorL.A. Times: Lakers center Andrew Bynum had only seven points and three rebounds in Game 1 against Utah, but Lakers Coach Phil Jackson wasn’t worried.

“He had a bad break on a bad call,” Jackson said today at shootaround. “He had a three-point play on that drive to the middle that was called a travel. It was no travel at all. A legitimate move.

“So he had a lot of disappointment, missed a couple easy things underneath and then foul trouble. He’ll be a factor tonight.”

Game 2 in the best-of-seven series is at 7:30 at Staples Center.

The Lakers lost a 22-point lead in Game 1 but still won, 113-100.

he was a factor! even though he didn’t get 20 and 10, it’s the fact that the Jazz knew that they had 2 athletic and skilled 7 footers to contend with that threw them off again tonight! every time it seemed like that the jazz might be able to make a run, 1 of our 7 footers would make a great play to keep our lead! man, can’t wait to stomp LeHype and his sorry cavs in the finals! VAREGINA, you’re gonna get popped fool!
