Not good, we need Bynum to battle against Perkins and at times, Garnett.

ESPN: “I stopped real hard and I just felt like a twinge,” Bynum said. “I notified the training staff and everything so I came out then.”

“[I felt a twinge] again on that block on Perkins,” Bynum said. “I think it was just quick movements and sudden things I feel it and then the pain normally goes away and it did.”

“It’s going to be a little questionable Thursday,” Bynum said. “There’s a lot of swelling in there because of the couple of little tweaks I got today. What I’m going to do is attack it all day [Wednesday], probably get three treatments in and then take it from there.”

damn… why do u guys have to post this up… he’s gonna playy… he’s been playing with that injury since game 6 vs okc. nothing’s gonna stop him now..

  • KindSir

Damnit man. I think he will play though. I sure as hell hope he does, his D has been great in the finals.

  • Josh Herrington

It hurts. A lot. He’ll play, though.

  • lakersforlife77

He’ll play. He’s come this far, he’s not just going to shut it all down now in the biggest games of the season. He’s a warrior he’ll soldier through it. His size is all we need from him to make an impact.

  • anon

he’s gonna play, this is the biggest stage of his career, and i think he knows that too. overcoming this will be a step from being a good player to a great one

  • comeflywithme

2 MO just 2 MO wins AB you need to play.. L.A needs you out there..

  • BE_A_LakerFan

Bynum has been big for us this series. I’m proud of him. He’s really been playing through his injury well. Hang in the kid… 2 more!

  • lakerman1

The kid will play through it trust me. Bynum smells victory and he knows his presence alone is all the Lakers need and Phil will use him wisely. 2 more games like last night from Lamarand the Lakers will rap this thing up even with Doc Rivers complaining about the refs. He should talk to his boy Ray who went from Hero to Zero. And all the dirty play and cutting the legs from under Kobe are not going to work. The Lakers are clearly the better team and Boston knows it.

Andrew Bynum, The Willis Reed of The Los Angeles Lakers. He will be there for us you watch and see. I said it before and I am saying it again. He will prove to be our gladiator and warrior the caliber or like we have not seen since Willis Reed did it for the Nicks in the 1969-1970 playoffs against The Lakers. It will be a great, fitting and redeeming, Tribute to that Lakers team for our big man to win and a great story that will become more L A Lakers folklore.

Bynum will play……hes mad he didnt get to play in 2008 and hes not gonna let that stop him…..hell b out there till his freaking leg falls off if he has too! Even if he is limited in his minutes, I think Odom is starting to come around….

Drew has made quite an impact here in the Finals. This could’ve been a ThreePeat if he was even 75% healthy in ’08. I know he’s getting the respect of his teammates playing injured and all. His mere presence makes a big difference because of his size. To all those Fakers saying to trade Drew for Bosh, after they win it again this year, GTFO of TLN and get off the bandwagon!
