I love this kid’s attitude. Remember when Bynum took a hard (clean I might add) foul on LBJ’s drive on Monday night? Well Andrew had this to say about it and I believe this is what will make us champions, right here:

NBCLA: “I really didn’t think it was that crazy of a foul,” Bynum said. “He was going to come dunk the ball. I wasn’t going to stand there and let him just dunk on me.”

Take notice, NBA: Andrew Bynum will not be dunked on. More importantly though, Bynum’s awareness of the situation — and the fact that he showed a willingness to protect the paint against one of the game’s top players — are strong signs of his continuing development, which has to be exciting for the Lakers to see.

i like this mentality from bynum…good job kid

He’s pretty confident & prideful kid that’s why he didn’t let LBJ down the lane, but he doesn’t proctect it or own it has the excerpt suggested. He still got lots of work on defense… Don’t get too hyped up on his 42 points on the crappy clippers (he let DeAndre Jordan dunked)

I remember there was a report on this. Apparently, LBJ tried to stare him down after the fact but Kobe approached him to calm LBJ down.

In another report, Bynum said he wasn’t even looking at Lebron’s stare down because his back was turned. Hey, if you’re going to drive down the lane, prepared to get hit.

Shaq would have put Lebron on the ground. Bynum is a sissy. Now is the time to trade him for someone that will help us win now.

so u would rather just get someone right now, but then you dont want someone who can possibly help us win this year, the next year, the next year, and possibly the next 10 years.

This years is the only year that matters. Bynum will not get better. He got lucky last night.

I like Bynum’s mentality, but I still think he should have knocked Lebron on his ass. SO LEBRON DOESN’T DARE COME BACK!
