    According to Lakers Head Coach Mike Brown, due to his strained foot,  Kobe will be a game decision for opening night against Dallas. He has not practiced for the  past week. Either way, the journey for banner #17 starts tomorrow.  
  • Sources: Hill to Return Wednesday vs. Clippers, Dwight & Kobe May Sit

    According to Adrian Wojnarowski of Y! sports, sources have indicated that F/C Jordan Hill will return to the lineup this Wednesday vs. the Clippers. However, Kobe Bryant’s foot is still sore and listed “day to day” and will probably miss tomorrow’s game.  Howard is also expected to miss the game as well.

    Dwight Howard – Sore back from yesterday’s game but no setbacks. Kobe Bryant – Bruised Right foot from yesterday’s game. Sat out practice today and is listed day to day. Not considered serious.     ESPN has finally completed the 2012 NBA Player Rankings, and Dwight Howard received top honors for the Lakers at #3 behind only LeBron and Durant.
