Update #1: He looked and should be just fine.

Trevor Ariza has suffered a sprained right ankle. They retaped it and he returned to action including knocking down a dagger three pointer late in the 4th quarter.

We’ll keep an eye on it and update this post if anything is reported on it.

Kobe was on such a tear that I didn’t even see when Ariza hurt his ankle. He came back and made a big 3 and played some solid D. Throw in another solid performance from Brown, a double double from Pau and another great night for LO and the Lake Show is rolling. Now if Bynum can get stay on the floor and contribute. Is his knee still a problem?

^ Same, didn’t even realise he’s off the court, was just a normal sub I thought. Bynum is just off rhythm and Pau may do better on Okur.

We should be grateful to have Ariza and Brown on the team. Used to be Kobe was the only athletic wingman, so he would always have to cover the other teams best wing, or we’d get steamrolled. And if a team had 2 good wing guys, then we were totally f’d. When Brown, Kobe, and Ariza are on the floor together…now there are some ATHELETES! Let the good times roll.

With both Walton and Ariza getting hurt, maybe Ammo will get some playing time!
