Due to the overwhelming requests and negative responses, GetGarnett.com is approaching a name change. After reading all the requests, it seems most would like to be represented for who we all really are: The Lakers Nation. At TheLakersNation.com, we are going to put our first change into the hands of all the fans.
This thread is dedicated to what idea you would like to see the most on this site. After a week of ideas, we will poll the new ideas, and once it is decided, we will make that change.
When you click on our site, you will be entering the Vision of the Fans. Our Vision is show and represent to the world what the Fans want to see. The name change is expected to occur sometime next week. We will keep you all notified.
At TheLakersNation.com you will be directly connected to The Lakers Nation blog. You will no longer have to “choose a side.” As we remain determined to bring the fans cutting edge ideas for the site, it is only appropriate that all the fans have an opinion on it. Well, we listened. (I know, FINALLY!) We want TheLakersNation.com to be the most fan oriented purple and gold website available.
